Paul Sutherland
PRESIDENT & CEO
As President and CEO, Paul provides strategic leadership to a team of experienced government relations, communications and project management professionals located across Canada, serving a wide range of domestic and international clients.
Paul specializes in advising corporate and not-for-profit clients on complex government relations issues and developing strategies that effectively navigate increasingly regulated municipal, provincial and federal environments.
Paul's background is in business development and municipal government.
He was first elected as a North York City Councillor in 1985 and then re-elected for four consecutive terms. He served as Deputy Mayor, budget lead, Chair of the Economic Development Committee, Chair of Public Works Committee and Chair of the Executive Committee of Council.
Appointed to the Toronto Transition Team by the Premier of Ontario in 1997, Paul led the strategy development to amalgamate seven municipal budgets, governance frameworks and parking authorities, to fulfill the province's mandate and merge seven municipal government into what is now the City of Toronto.
After leaving municipal government, Paul launched his consulting career and in 2008 founded Sutherland, quickly establishing the company as a premier municipal public affairs and government relations practice.

Dan Bordonali
EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT & COO
Dan is one of Sutherland’s founding members. He has been instrumental to the firm’s growth and now provides oversight to strategy development for municipal public affairs and government relations clients.
He has successfully consulted on municipal files dealing with the City of Toronto as well as major municipalities across Canada. Experienced in a variety of sectors, Dan’s scope of client work includes casinos and entertainment, transportation, municipal development, labour relations and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Sutherland in 2008, Dan served as senior staff at Toronto City Hall. He brings over 14 years of municipal government experience, including managing several municipal portfolios at the City of Toronto, such as development, infrastructure and transportation.

Emma Hunt
DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC & BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS
As Director of Public Relations, Emma is responsible for developing and implementing social media and communications strategies that support municipal affairs and government relations initiatives.
Emma joined Sutherland in 2015. Since then she’s been an integral member of the team, contributing her experience in traditional and digital communications to clients in a variety of sectors including entertainment, technology, infrastructure and public administration. She is directly involved in strategic communications planning and implementation, social media strategy development and oversight, stakeholder outreach and media relations.
Emma holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Studies from Queen’s University and a Postgraduate diploma in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Seneca College.

Robert Angeloni
CVC AGENCY - PRESIDENT
Robert began his career in 1978 as a photographer at CVC, producing corporate communications and training programs for major Brands such as Loblaw’s, Sears and Chrysler.
His unique ability to combine strategy, creativity & technology helped the company forge ahead and grow to become a leading Digital Agency providing Full Circle Communications - Strategic Marketing, Online Web Solutions & Employee Learning.
Robert’s conviction that people are the driving force behind CVC’s client successes have resulted in long-term staff and associate relationships, all focused around working at the company’s headquarters in Mississauga Ontario.
Winning many industry awards, in 2014 Robert was honoured to receive the Governor General of Canada’s Caring Canadian Award. Presented by his Excellency, The Right Honourable David Johnston. The award recognizes individuals who volunteer their time to help others, and to build a smarter and more caring nation.
Robert is a graduate of Seneca College Toronto and the Kodak School in Rochester NY studying film and photography.

Daniel Angeloni
Director of Operations
As Project & Production Manager, Daniel manages national and international brand accounts and takes part in many different operations at CVC. Organizing projects from initial meetings and preparing budgets, straight through to completion - and all steps in between. Daniel manages each project at every stage ensuring every program exceeds client expectations.
All CVC initiatives are unique and require a distinctive approach to ensure the best possible results. Daniel assigns appropriate staff, associates and studio facilities, then leads the CVC team while tailoring new methodologies. He develops a specific strategy for every project - with every client.
From Marketing and Employees Communication initiatives, to large scale live Global Events, Daniel leads the CVC team, ensuring we have the right resources in place to achieve outstanding results.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University.

Glen Lynch
Director of Digital Media
Glen brings over 20 years of experience within the design and digital arena. As Director, Digital Media, Glen is a key senior member of the CVC team. Under his direction, he and his team deliver high-impact digital solutions including website development, social media applications, user interface creation, eLearning, mobile apps and SEO. Website ideation, design and development for traditional websites, Glen is also responsible for designing our print solutions. That includes, infographics, art directing Annual Reports, illustrations and interactive solutions, tracking and analyzing user trends, new design features and current technologies, Glen is in charge of keeping client websites current. A hands-on team player, Glen possesses a unique balance of sophisticated creative sense with a strong digital programming capability. Glen will perform all these functions for your Website needs.
Glen holds a BFA degree in Graphic Design from York University as well as a Multimedia Analyst diploma and numerous computer programming courses through Sheridan College.
Glenn Forbes
CVC AGENCY - WRITER & DIRECTOR
As a copywriter, Glenn has written websites for clients such as Veridos North America, Chriselle Management Inc. (CMI), Holman Communications and D.J. McGauley & Associates. He has written brochures and sales sheets for global clients such as Veridos, E-Seek and CIPH - Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating. He has also written digital ads for World Plumbing Day and Bus Patrol, and has written e-learning courses for clients such as: Allergan, Ontario Lottery and Gaming, Latisse, and WSP Global Inc.
As a video writer, director and producer he has created over 750 training, corporate communications/branded content videos during his career. Clients have included: The Ontario Government/Ministry of Education, LCBO, City of Mississauga, Canadian Tire, Ford, Honda, CIBC, Celestica, Astra Zeneca, Bell Canada, and Coca-Cola. Filming has taken him around the world to China, Singapore, Malaysia, Moscow, and more.
He is also an award-winning screenwriter for hire, having completed assignments for film producers in Toronto, Los Angeles, and London. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University, has three teenagers, an exotic cat, and likes to cook with cheese.
